Inspired by Charm's Etsy Pick of the Week [Lifestyle]

Now that Thanksgiving is over, the holiday season has officially begun! Are you ready? Although the next month holds a lot of craziness and rushing around, it is my absolute favorite time of the year. Everything seems to glow and sparkle, people seem a little more jolly, and it's acceptable to shop as much as you like.

While I definitely will be hitting up the malls a few times during December, I'm also looking to Etsy for plenty of holiday cheer and crowd-free shopping. Over the next few weeks, I'll be sharing some of my favorite holiday-inspired Esty finds here on Broadway+Thresher.

This week I am so excited to highlight the work of Rachel Roellke ofFunnelcloud Studios. Rachel has created one of the most memorable and unique cards I have ever seen - "Octopus and Candy Canes."

I know many of you Christmas-tradition lovers might not be fans of this, but I am head-over-tenticals in love. Lots of people send cards with a tree, Santa, or a few reindeer - very few folks send holiday greetings with an octopus. I love them so much that I actually placed my order before sharing this fab find with you.

So head on over to Funnelcloud Studios and check them out. You also need to take a look at some of Rachel's other amazing pieces, including one of her newest creations, "Things That Are Awesome." Be sure to stop by her blog, Funnelcloud, for more fabulousness!
